30 Mar On 8 Dec 1812, when rebuilding the mills, the CF was assisted by
the WF "on which account it was agreed that the WF should enjoy the
privilege of sawing and grinding for their own use free of cost.
This agreement was made without any limitation of time" and now must
be superceded by a new agreement.
WF now has a mi 1 Iat the Mohawk River where, when they need to use
the mill, to get a head of water, they need to flood several acres
of CF meadow. It is now agreed they can flood 1 acre free, additiona
acres to be paid for with product of the mi.I I at market prices.
