25 Jan Brother Rufus, Sisters Asenath, Lucy Fairchild & Mariah Treadway attende
the Senate in Albany.
28 Jan A load from the NF went to Albany and attended the Senate.
Our bill passed the Senate.
29 Jan William Davison^died at SF. 68 years old.
Stephen Van Rensselaer died. 74 years old.
30 Jan A woman with two daughters came to SF in November bvhame of Betsy Springer
Now the two girls came to CF to live - Lyda, born Aug./ 13 1826, Town
of Evans, Erie Cy., and Leonora, born Sept. 2, 1834, Town of Miles,
Cayuga Cy.
3 Feb (Sun) Eight of Legislature attended meeting, ate dinner and supper - Levi
Chatfield, Charles E. Clark, Ward Hunt, Joshua B. Smith, Plat Adams,
Jesse Armstrong, David Wager and Judge Davis.
10 Feb Thirteen of Legislature attended meeting + 4 women. After meeting
they came into the house and saw nearly all the brethren and sisters.
17 Feb 27 of Legislature attended meeting + 5 drivers, and they all ate dinner.
Hear that thieves broke into Hancock garden shop and stole $2180 worth
of seeds.
24 Feb 11 men attended our meeting and ate dinner.
3 March Ten men and 4 Indians attended meeting and ate dinner.
7 Mar Angeline Prentiss died. 31 years.
10 Mar (Sun) Mary Robinsori died. Born Dec. 27, 1766.
19 men attended meeting - all members of Assembly but'one, and 7 women.
All ate dinner here and a number stayed all night.
A drove of 60 cattle came along this afternoon. They and 5 drovers
stayed all night also.
14 Mar Someone came from Hancock and informed them that the brethren at Hancock
had found one load of their stolen garden seeds at Dr. Giles1 in Canaan
at the 4 corners, and the other load at Perces in Lebanon Hollow, but
the thieves were not caught.
16 Mar Nehemiah White''and Luther Park come out of the boys' order.
17 Mar Eight of Legislature at meeting.
24 Mar "We attended meeting in our house unmolested by the world. erewas 1
member of the Legislature attended the public meeting.
27 Mar Four sisters visited the Legislature.-
28 Mar "We had spoon cake foWsupper again. We put 80 eggs into the cake and

1 April Hear that the house at the River Farm was broken into and bedding taken-
3 blankets, 3 sheets, 1 pair pillowcases.
2 April Two come with "a very precious gift from the good Ministry, The gift

3 Apr Our bill came up in Legislature -- Enns & Taylor spoke against, Clark
spoke for.
4 Apr Four sisters went to Legislature, also David & Jonathan and other brethren,
"Our bill came on and Lawrence spoke 1 3/4 hours for and Taylor spoke
45 min. against."
7 Apr (Sun) Five of the Assembly attended meeting.
9 Apr Henry Conklin, member of Legislature, visited and brought his family.
