9 Jan David Miller resigned as Elder Brother and Freegift takes his place. Brother David
moved to SE room in 2d House immediately over the Deaconesses shop and he w i l l
attend union meeting in the meeting room (notwith Ministry) . Freegift moves from
the Stone Shop/where he has been living for some time, to the garret of the Dwelling.
12 Jan Harvey Sherwood got his arm caught in cogs of the grist mil! and itwas amputated a

15 Jan Maynard is released and Benjamin Train appointed to manage the farm.
29 Jan So cold It begins to freeze in the cellar and have to "make fire of charcoal and stuff to

the Groat farm, lately purchased. 2d Order will give up Rogers farm and take Groat
farm; 1st Order will take Rogers farm.

and came back the same day.
