Justice blamable for neglecting his team, in not tieing

11 July Severe storm hit just as they were getting out of public
meting. Down came the "turkey buzzard" or smoke cap of
t byricks; down came the mouain ash tree standing a few
feet south of the office (10" dia. trunk). Then hail,
smashing windows because of the strong wind. Hit
hardest at SF where 900-1000 window panes broken.
