4 Nov AS went to Albany to buy joiner tools--$26.70.
9 Nov At the WF, because the elders were advanced in years,
Eld Bro Joseph Hodgson being "quite feeble in body &
Appeared to be pretty much worn out & not able to fill
the place [had the job for 30 years] and the same could
be said of Elder Sister liannah Wells [had tfte job 40
years]. Jesse Wells & 'Emeline Clark appointed to take
their places. Joel Smith & Nancy Wicks to stay with
them.
