17 Aug Ministry start on journey to Eastern societies. Go to a
spiritualist meeting at Lake Pleasant, Mass, with 15 or more
Shakers from Lebanon & Canaan by private r.r. car.
Ministry go on to Shirley, Harvard, Alfred. Spend several
days at Old Orchard'Beach.,and "dip in the briny deep."
Go on to New G loucester, then to Poland family. Then to
Canterbury, ES&HKsxKHxiisteHK&HXHHx&spxxxixx where they put
in new elders Nicholas Briggs in place of Henry Blinn and
James Kaime takes Nicholas1 place. Then on to Enfield, NH
and then Enfield, Conn, where they appointed new elders.
Go to Hancock and finally back to Lebanon on Oct. 2.

30 Oct Eight teams go to Albany & carry 75 barrels of d ried sweet
corn to be shipped to Philadelphia.
