18th Fri Continue cutting seed bags. The farmers are drawing wood

24th Thur, Brought the old seeds from the depot which came from the western route.
Broom makers continue making brooms,

25th Fri Clauson & John Robe return home from the Northern Seed Route having been
absent about 4 weeks & 3 days. Br. Frederick & Douglass started for Watervliet
some rain. Brethren went down to Curtis's & cut some pine logs.

26th Sat Levi putting up some seeds to send west. The Brethren went down to Curtis's
after logs. The sleighing is about spoiled in consequence of the thawing,
Levi has put up 59 doz. brooms to send out West.

27th Sab This morning it rained. No meeting at the Meeting House. We had 'two
meetings at home, one at half past nine a.m., the other.at half past one p.m.
& union meeting at 6 p.m. Thus you see the day is pretty wel I improved.
There is no time for idleness on this day. I thinkit might eventually be as well
for some of the young men & women of the neighborhood (who are passing by
our doors in their sleighs with their bells jingling & their poor jaded horses
steaming with sweat) ifthey were attending some meeting for the worship of
God where they might gain some good for their poor souls,for doubtless they
need it.

28th Mon Brs. Frederick & Douglass returned from WaterVliet having been absent 4 days
Considerable snow fellthis afternoon which made the sleighing quite good again

29th Tues. Levi started for Albany this morning to take out some brooms and garden seeds
to answer some orders on the Western Seed Route.

30th Wed D.S. cuting seed bags I.R. sorting old seeds Charles Bushnell making seed bags

31st Thur Continue cuting seed bags and sorting old seeds Levi returned this evening
from Albany

1st Fri Continue cuting seed bags and sorting old seeds cut some cloth to make needle
books for the Sisters

2nd Sat Finished cuting the radish bags

3d Sab Stormy day. No publick meeting

4th Mon Commenced drawing ice to put in the ice house. Finished cuting extra long
cucumber bags

5th Tues Put up 12000 seed bags to send to Canaan to be made, viz. 6000 radish size
4000 small size & 2000 beet size. Continue cuting seed bags
