19th Finished getting out squash seed.

20th Public meeting, SABBATH. Home meeting PM

21st Cleaned up China Beans & thrashed White Onion seed.

22nd Washing cucumbers. Washed the Summer Crookneck Squash. Pulling & drawing
in Beans etc. etc.

23rd Finished washing the Early Cucumbers yesterday and today washed the Long
Green. Charles & JR washed 2 hhds fn 2 hrs. Finished washing Summer
Crookneck- Beans,

24th Cucumber seeds; thrashed red onions; fanning white onions. Cloudy, we have
had a great many lowering days this month.

25th Cucumbers; thrashed the carrot seed; working at onion seed etc.

26th Working in the shop etc.

27th SABBATH DAY Public & private meetings. Snow flurry1st time.

28th Sorted some carrots; worked in the shopl cleaned up the Red Onion.

29th Stripping cabbages; working in the shop. 3 teams return from Albany (whither
they went yesterday) with broom corn.

30thj Termo.23 at 5 1/2 AM. Clearning carrot seed & other shop work.

31st Boxing up for Northern Route; 3 hands (from 8 to 5 o'c) got out & filled 80
erd size boxes, that is inless than 8 working hours. Unloaded some turnips.

November
1st Continue boxing etc.; pleasant warm weather

2nd Finished boxing up.

3rd SABBATHDAY. Public & home meetings; quite a number of spectators.

4th A foggy day, which did not clear off allday. Pulled turnips in the 1st Garden.

5th Washing cucumber seeds & drawing cabbages, topping turnips etc. CM to
Troy with seeds,

6th Cucumber seeds; iirnips& cabbages; dug the celery, which were topped
with a scythe.

7th Dug the Black Winter Radish; drew in the York cabbages, topped & dug the
rest of thecelery.
