1 Jan New Years celebrated in the school house.
4 Jan GAL and Ozias to hear Peebles in evening.

12 Jan GAL brings Peebles and Waters to the Society. Have 'a wonderful meeting
in the evening at the CF. Spear present.
13 Jan Visitors all leave. Galen goes to Chicago. Back on 24th.
14 Jan When we wake up we find 11" of snow. Snows all day.
17 Jan Drawing broom corn from Susquehanna Depot.
19 Jan "A new watchman begins business."
22 Jan Peebles, Harter and Starbuck here on a visit. Have an extensive
meeting in the evening.
