3 Jan Henry George and hired men threshing at the farm by Morrisville.
10 Jan Ozias and a mason are lathing and plastering the intended sewing room at the washhouse.
We hear of a fire in the chairfactory at Lebanon. One brother, George Smart, died.
23 Feb Henry George to Schenectady to see about renting the Rotterdam farm.

21 Sept John Nolan, 18 years old, joined.
8 Oct Four sisters tookthe boat for NYC and Philadelphia. Back on 20th,
21 Oct (Sun) Attended meeting with CF in the a.m.; singing meeting at WF in p.m.
(The author has been detailing the work "Ozias" did during Sept, and Oct. In
Nbvember he begins to say "William Johnson and I..." etc.

29 Nov Sister Rachel (Webb; fell in dining room and had to be carried over to the nurses'
building and a doctor called,
