18 Sept. Maggie and Eleanor made 126 glasses grape jelly. Sister Susannah or Anna Rooney, 83
years old, died at Church Family. Has been in bed 1.0 weeks with trained nurse at $15
per week. Has 1 ived at C .F. 3 years, coming from White Water, Ohio Shakers when
they disbanded.

20 Sept. Mary put up a new stove in her room, that Eld. Caroline gave her from Enfield,

23 Sept. Maggie and Eleanor made 15 qts. green tomatoes with lemon for pies.

24 Sept. Maggie and Eleanor making grape catsup.

26 Sept. Maggie and Eleanor made 6 jars stuffed peppers/20 pts. grape catsup/ 16 pts. tomato
catsup and 24 quts seeded grape sauce.

11 Oct. Maggie has rfilame back. Eld. Anna rubs itnight and morning.

16 Oct. Eld. Anna/ Mary/ Eld. Caroline and girls gather 22 barrels potatoes. -We are short
of hired help. After supper/ Eld. Anna walked to N.F. to see Ella Winship.

17 Oct. Eld. Anna/ Eld .Carol ine, Mary and girls picked up 47 barrels potatoes.
