12 Aug. /Man here to see about electric lights in the stone house at the Chh for the 200 boys
that are to come for two weeks. Maybe.

17 Aug. Jennie goes in to cook, Mary bakes pie and cake, we buy bread, Ellain D . R . & dairy,

told by Dr. to be quiet for I'D days,
but is laid up in bed longer than that.

13 Sept. Three doctors are here to see Harry and Mary.

10 Oct. ^Mary comes home from her cousin's in Kenwood where she has been recuperating.

13 Oct. Ministry go over to the Willey place to locate the spot where Mother Ann Lee built
her log cabin, not far from the brook.

27 Oct. Two men buy men's DR table for $00^ Jennie's DR table $60, and from us chairs &
stools $60 worth. Three men with truck come to take goods, charge $175.

30 Oct. Hugo & Schenk toLeb. &W. Piftsfield; bring home dropleaf table and 17bbls
of winter apples.

3 Nov. El , Walter comes latep.m . Stays overnight.

4 Nov. ^El . Walter leaves right afterdinner, having visited the Chh sisters to no avail.
