1 Mar Mother Ann's birthday. Read Holy Laws, have inspirational meeting with
"natives that had been here before."

24 Mar Elder Brother here to see John Bates. He is very sick.
30 Mar Justice and Bneline went to Albany to have Sally and Electa Dean bound.
3 Apr Justice took a donation tqfthe orphan asylum.
25 May "The purging work is going on at the SF. Nine rotten hearted ones went
Thurs. to the world since Sabbath morning.
(By July, visitations from Arabians, natives, etc. have dwindled markedly.)
23 July "We stay home and have meeting. The Angel of repentance came to stay with
Sun. us a while and we had a cup of repentance given us which we stood in
need of."
9 Aug Brother Rufus here this afternoon to labor with John Bates.
10 Sept Thomas Wells poorly.
18 Sept Brother Issachar and Benjamin Wells here to see Thomas.
22 Sept Thomas^ Wells died. ,
25 Sept Brother Albert here to inform us of Jacob Green's death.
24 Nov Brother Albert (Lomas) here to inform us of Marry Mulley's death.
26 Nov In afternoon "we went to the Fountain to bless the holy place and sing
Sun. praises to/the Giver of all good."
27 Dec Justice went to Schenectady after two little boys, William and Henry
Seward Gridley (twins).

1 Jan Caroline Parks went back to SF to live.
16 Jan Anna Sabins taken to the world.
19 Jan Jonathan^ Cole's mother and father came here to visit; also Purlina's
brother Orin (Bates). (Stayed until 24th)
3 Feb Justice took the twin boys to Schenectady to be bound.
15 Feb Anna Sabins and her sister here.
16 Feb Anna Sabins taken in again.
19 Feb Justice and some sisters went to Pittstown for Anna Sabins1 clothes.
22 Feb Orin Ba1:es came with another load of his friends and children to see
the Believers.
