25 Nov Elder Frederick, Oliver Prentice, Henry Hollister and
Crocker come (from Lebanon) to help us with carpentry.
Doing the night watch at WF are Isaac, Alex, John
Decker, Chas. Pretch, Aaron & Augustus - every other
night for 3 hours, each with a hired man with him.
While they are at supper, Philip Notz & Alex. Milne
watch.

as agents to act on official business for the 2d
Family. The former to manage and superintend the
home andfy out farms, the two latter the office busi-
ness etc. For the winter's work, Elder^Augustus to
oversee the cutting of timber for the barn and Bro.
John to oversee the quarrying of stone for the barn.
Elder Augustus to oversee the stock except horses,
Bro./John to take burden of those that are to be
sold."

Rosendale. Concluded to sell the wood and hire
out the farm.

the last. He showed insanity by his bargains the
beginning of the month but became desperate when he
was kept home the 18th. Since that time he had to
have 3 persons to take care and hold him day and
night."
