her child to death."

25 Aug Elmer Gidley's mother, grandfather and sister came to
visit.
13 Septr Mathew Messner and Frank Langlois go to state fair on

PetervSchmidt turned away, says he is going to Lebanon.
John Schock came for a privilege.
14 Sept Shubel Prentice and Chapman Buckingham went to state
fair.
15 Sept Emily Kennedy's father came and took her off.
23 Sept Mary Elizabeth Wallis and sister, Emma, brought by
their father.
24 Sept Elizabeth Swan here from Philadelphia Society on a
visit.
2 Oct Eldress Paulina took Elizabeth Wallis back to her
father in Schenectady but kept Emma.
6 Oct Francis Schmidt "left here, not to seek a better home
but to get away from himself."

6 Nov Sent Charles McMurrah to his relatives in Lansing-
burg on Nov. 4 and today, his older brother ran
away because he was lonesome.
9 Nov Hester Crandall made second batch of catsuip and
boiled cider.
20 Nov Henry Hatmeier and John Baptist Buck came as candi-
dates .
