26 Nov. Elder Isaac goes to Albany to meet Groveland people--Ella Winship, Laura
Dole, Hattie Coburn, Jennie. Wells, Lulu Sylvester, Louie Bussell, Hamilton

28 Nov. Clean and fix up front room for James Ashley.

3 Dec. Elder Isaac goes to Albany on business for North Family.
7 Dec. Another carload from Groveland at Niskayuna Station. Elder Isaac-takes two
teams to move things over.
9 Dec. Elder Alexander back from Groveland to stay.
19 Dec. Have new range installed In Cook Room,
20 Dec. Plumbers putting in pipes forhot and cold water in Cook Room, Bake Room
and Dairy.
24 Dec. Elder Isaac goes to Albany to get things for Christmas. Elder Alexander brought
a Groveland cheese for the family.
28 Dec. Ann Buckingham died at Church Family, 87 years old.

9 Jan. Elder Isaac and North Family join hands and are getting ice from North Family
quarry. Rachel and Agnes begin crocheting macrame twice table mats (to sell),
17 Jan. Very cold, froze windmill water pipes in kitchen and dairy.
18 Jan. Elder Joseph Hoi den is going to live atWest Family.'
28 Jan. Elder Isaac goes to Albany with butter as usual.

8 Feb. Elder Isaac and men digging to see ifthey can thaw out pipes.
10 Feb. Elder Isaac and men still digging, building fires etc. to thaw out pipes.
11 Feb. Elder Isaac and men still working on pipes.
12 Feb. Elder Josiah of Church Family has measles.
13 Feb. Elder Isaac finally got pipes thawed out. North Family here to do laundry, as
usual.

1 March Annie and Alice Douglas, mother and daughter, came here tyfrom Brooklyn, want
to live with us and we take them on trial.
2 Mar. Elder Isaac goes to western part of state to look at a creamery.
Fix up elder brethren's room for Annie Douglas and daughter.
Mar* 4 Cleveland inaugurated as President of U.S.
8 Apr. William Ebinger takes his two children, Willie and Lina, and goes to NYC to
live with his cousin.
12 Apr. Elder Isaac starts forNYCity to get Lina Ebinger. She wrote she wanted "to
come back home. "
13 Apr. Elder Isaac arrived back.
18 Apr. Another car from Groveland comes to Niskayuna. West Family helps unload.
26 Apr. We send Annie Douglas and her daughter away.
29 Apr. Sat. Elder Josiah has measles again--no meeting at Church Family tomorrow.

13 May Elder Josiah goes to Lebanon "to get rest and nursed up some."
